Creative Content Coordinator
(Part-Time)
Reports To: MacKenzie Morris
Location: Remote (with flexible hours) with some in person days or content shoots (planned in advance)
Compensation: $12-24/hr depending on skill & efficiency
Hours: 10-20 hours per month (more or less depending on workload)
Start Date: ASAP

We’re building Coca-Cola-level brand energy over here — bold, visible, unapologetic AF. And we need a part-time content execution genius who thrives in organized chaos, knows how to make a reel pop, and loves supporting creative vision.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Creating daily/weekly/monthly content for multiple brands (posts, reels, videos)
Taking raw media (photos, B-roll) and turning it into strategic, scroll-stopping content
Using GPT tools + templates to write captions in each brand’s voice
Formatting content for approval, making edits, and scheduling final posts
Owning and organizing content calendars across 2–4 client accounts
Staying on top of trends while keeping everything aligned with brand tone
Bringing creativity and consistency to help us and our clients scale
Managing the Monthly blog & newsletter sends to our email list
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
You run your own brand, agency, or freelance business (this is a team role, not a stepping stone)
You are new to creating content and need to be taught how to proficiently use the apps/platforms
You’re looking for quick cash, not creative growth
You need hand-holding on every edit or caption or blog
You ghost mid-project or flake on deadlines (nah deadlines are MAJOR here)
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
You’re creatively obsessed and socially fluent (you get what works on IG and TikTok)
You’re fast, flexible, and open to feedback
You want to grow with a visionary brand and actually make a name for yourself inside a team
You work well independently but don’t want to build your own empire
You love the idea of helping multiple bold brands shine online
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:
Strong understanding of Instagram + Facebook + TikTok interface and trends
Canva / CapCut / InShot / Edits / Metricool / Meta tools — or similar
Solid sense of visual storytelling, formatting, and brand vibe
Basic copywriting skills (or ability to finesse AI-generated captions)
Organization, communication, and a can-do mindset
Experience working with Squarespace & Flodesk is a bonus for blog management
