Outside Collaborations Manager
(Part-Time)

Start Date: ASAP
Growth Path: Opportunity to evolve into a full-time Creative or Partnerships Lead
TL;DR
We’re not looking for someone to “get us exposure.” We are the exposure.
OKC Nightlife is blowing up — and we need an Outside Collaborations Manager to help us grow our reach and revenue by locking in local partnerships with bars, restaurants, events, pop-ups, and nightlife venues who want to be seen.
This is not a cold corporate sales role. This is part creative strategist, part local connector, part deal-closer. If you’re outgoing, persuasive, and already in-the-know about what’s hot in OKC, you’ll thrive here.
You’ll earn 10% commission on every paid collaboration you help secure with opportunities to grow into a high-level creative or collab director if the fit is right.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Researching and identifying local venues, events, restaurants, and experiences that align with the OKC Nightlife brand
Reaching out via email, DM, or in person to pitch collabs, video features, or branded content
Booking and managing paid collaborations (we’ll handle the creative — you make the intro and close the deal)
Coordinating with MacKenzie and the content team to ensure smooth execution of booked gigs
Building a database of potential and past collab partners with contact info and notes
Helping shape what a collab is — you’ll be a key voice in how we price, pitch, and package
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
You need to be micromanaged or handheld every step of the way
You’re afraid of hearing “no” or don’t like pitching your ideas
You want a cushy full-time job without showing results
You don’t live in or love the OKC metro area
You ghost mid-project or flake on communication (dealbreaker 🚫)
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
You’re naturally outgoing, persuasive, and high-energy
You know OKC’s event, food, and nightlife scene (or are ready to dive in)
You’re organized, fast-moving, and always down to try something new
You’re excited to help a local brand scale and become the plug
You’re looking for flexible hours and creative autonomy — not a cubicle
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:
Solid communication (email, DMs, in person — whatever works)
Sales confidence and charisma without being pushy
Great instincts for what makes a good collaboration
Light project coordination skills to help gigs go off without a hitch
Experience in hospitality, nightlife, influencer marketing, or creative fields is a bonus
